We, Silence Board Shop does not guarantee you that you will receive your items/packages on any particular dates following to the shipping methods.

Silence Board Shop are not responsible for any damaged, lost, stolen packages!

We do advise you to choose wisely on your shipping addresses, and to track your packages to ensure that you are present for the arrival.  Call your Shipping provider directly for any more information. (you will be given a tracking number after we process your orders.)

We will not accept any returns based on opened, used, washed, damaged, stolen or lost packages.

We, Silence Board Shop may exchange on only selective brand-

Silence Board Shop Brand.  But we do not accept any open, used, washed, damaged or lost item.

Shipping Options:

  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or Any Holidays.
  • Any Custom orders may arrive in 4-6 weeks—Depending on your custom process. *standard and expedited shipping times do not apply.
